In the eighties, while working as an associate architect, Maurice was a member of a group that bought, renovated and sold houses in downtown Toronto. Maurice now represents a number of local builders. He has the expertise to explain the details of buying newly constructed homes.

 

Maurice was a manager of mortgages for a major bank as well as operating his own mortgage company in the early nineties. He takes the mystery out of home financing, saving his clients time, money and anxiety.

 

Starting his real estate career as star “sweethog” performer, he is constantly working at improving, innovating and studying with the best in the business.
